Skill Development is powerful tool to empower youth
India is among the youngest nations in the world with more than 65% of the working-age people and more than 54% of the people with a young workforce (below the age of 28). There is a great need for India to train and skill the young youth for the better development of society.
Today, any organization prefers skilled employees over others as they have good career growth and they benefit the organization in the same way with proficient working.
We at Caresoft Foundation try to strengthen the young minds by creating a three-step program for the underprivileged youth, providing them assistance in education, skill development, and placement opportunities. Our aim is to embrace the vulnerable and disadvantaged youth of the nation by providing them on-the-job skills and placement opportunities which shall become their biggest support in living a sustainable livelihood with economic independence and significantly increasing their socio-economic status thereby creating a much equal world
